To give you an example just for you to understand it better, if you have 3 origin accounts, and you own BF1 in all 3 of these accounts only one copy of the game sits in your PC, you don't have to "install" it 3 times.
If you launch it from one of the profiles Origin will fetch your data and progress stored on their servers for the account you are currently signed in as independently to what happens in your other two accounts and vice versa. Obviously you can't launch the game from all three of your accounts simultaneously since only one instance of the game could be running on your computer, but you can play your game on whichever account you want to independently and the servers will store your in-game progress for each account individually without interchanging each other. Even your keybinds are stored separately. The only thing that's shared between accounts which share the same game is the video and audio settings you have set in the main menu in the game, because these affect the game directly
