Redeeming old product codes:

I am trying to redeem product codes in Origin for my old CD copies of Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 Special Forces, Battlefield 1942 The Road to Rome, Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons of WWII, and Battlefield Vietnam, but I get an error that says "The product code you entered is not valid."  I thought it might be because these games are old, but I was able to successfully redeem my product code for my old CD copy of Battlefield 1942 on Origin.  Is there any way to redeem these old product codes?

    Hi unkageduck,

    You need to contact EA support to activate these products.

    (FYI, product key is not accepted via Origin if the game has been released before 2008, so you need to get EA support convert the key)

    Go to

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask

    1. Fill in "account" in the search bar
    2. Click find solutions
    3. Then select product in the first selecting bar(BF2), accoint management in the second and select your platform(PC) in the last bar.
    4. Hit find solutions.

    Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".

    Now you can start live chat service.

    I am currently trying to redeem an older code as well, it the code for command and conquer 3 kanes wrath expansion and when i get to the "email me" section of the support page, i cannot even completely fill out the form to send the email.

    I don't see the email me? Did EA take it out? I only saw LiveChat, but it says 30 minutes of waiting. Frak that.

    Steps 1-2 resulted "No results found for product name". ☹️ Also,can it be done through e-mail? Chat queue time is crazy.
