So I asked for a refund the first 24 hours of launch of Battlefield 1 because I did not like how it played out and it has been about 7 days now ... and still no answer, i've tried contacting but noth...
It takes time. Wait 2 weeks. If it still havn't arrived then contact EA as mentioned.
