Refund?

So a buddy of mine sent me 80 bucks to buy Battlefield 1 and the Premium Pass on Saturday. Played less than an hour of the Multiplayer and decided we both hated it, quit playing. Played some campaign Sunday night but decided that the game really just isnt my cup of tea, especially since my controller just refuses to cooperate with the game, so I shut it off and went to bed. With EA's refund policies am I SOL on trying to get a refund on the game? I really have no intention of playing it further, especially since my buddy re deleted his copy. (hes had it for years)

Tells me "You dont have any games eligible for Refund" Though I did find a post of a guy with 20 hours on BF1 trying to force himself to enjoy it that managed to refund it. (with proof)

You could try opening a case with EA Help at help.ea.com to ask them to make an exception. There's no guarantee of course, but wouldn't hurt to try if you're not enjoying the game.

So I did this and the Case sat there completely ignored for three days (no response from anybody, not one person actually talked to me or sent me anything) and it got closed and marked "Resolved" this morning.

opened a second one, immediately got a response. The chat auto closed itself when I tabbed out to get the transaction number the assistant asked for
