Reloading Animation when Empty after switching from K Bullets

Summarize your bug As a scout, if your primary sniper weapon is out of ammo, you switch to K bullets, then switch back to your primary, you will get an animation where you're reloading your primary. This obviously makes no sense because you have no ammo left.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As a scout, deploy with a sniper rifle and K bullets. Use up all ammo until you have no bullets left for the sniper rifle. Switch to k bullets, then switch back to your primary.
What happens when the bug occurs? You will get a reload animation for your primary, even though you have no ammo left.
