...but, the thing is, we can't really do anything about it. Answer HQ is a player-to-player tech support forum, so any bans are out of our judgement, and EA can't do anything about these either, as they're 3rd party programs.

That aside, removing an option to use 3rd party programs would pretty much destroy whatever is left of server customization. Keep in mind that multiple useful functions like votemap, votekick, team nuke, forbidding weapons etc. also are 3rd party plugins. The servers would have been significantly worse if they disappeared.

It appears that this server ban was put in place due to a plugin designed to remove suspicious players from the server based on certain stats. I'm afraid we have no influence with rented servers, and in situations like these the best bet would be to try and contact an admin of the server. Often times, server descriptions will contain some information on how to appeal a server ban. I would recommend checking there first.

if you are banned from a particular server, it usually comes down to the person renting that particular server as they do have the ability to allow or disallow players on their servers to their liking. If that is the case here, please do reach out to the respective server admin to resolve this conflict.
