Reporting a Bug: Friendlies/Enemy spawning ontop of my driver seat

I've had this a few times, mostly with the DV-15.

Sometimes I'll be driving along, and suddenly someone spawns directly ontop of my seat. I lose control, and I can see everything that they are doing, but I am not dead. Also, my name vanishes from the list of people in the vehicle.

However, I can switch to a empty seat, and then switch back. But so can the person who spawned on me. So we're fighting over who's got control.

I've also had an enemy board the boat, and take over. As if I wasn't there.

It's REALLY annoying, Please Fix
