Reporting a hacker in game. (BF4)

I was in a server last week with two other friends and all three of us encountered two players who were invisible. Everytime they would kill us the camera that follows the orange player who killed you wasn't showing for any of us. And my friend was gonna get stabbed from behind from one of the cheating players and I saw it happening and started shooting by and around my friend and I killed one of the players cheating. And when I got to the option screen all I can find is the "report emblem" option. How can I report a player for hacking/cheating?

I even messaged the server owner and no reply.

We play on PS4 and PS5. If anyone can help thanks in advance.

  • Hi @deathcloud101 ,

On PS4/PS5, the process to report a hacker in game is the following by contacting EA:

    1. Go to the EA 'Contact Us' page: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    2. For Product, select your game name
    3. For Platform, select the appropriate platform
    4. For Category, select "Report Cheating/Harassment" and describe the issue
    5. Be sure to include as much information about the player in question in the Description, including screenshots, Videos and any other relevant evidence to prove they did something wrong.
    6. Select the email option to submit.

Regarding the server owner, then give him a couple of days before judging.  Not all are online every day 24/7.

When shown solid evidence of cheating, then owner/admin team should of course move on to ban the player(s) in question.

If they don't, then you better move on to a different server.

  • @deathcloud101 Yeah this glitch has been so abused now it really ruins the game. See about 1 or 2 of these people every match. Best thing to do is what CyberDyme stated, I have done it in the past and have gotten people banned from the game.

Just have to be patient, it takes time for them to review.
  • Very much agreed @VBALL_MVP ,

Always report those pesky glitchers.   Be patient, do get it done and then they will be gone from the game forever!  ;o)

  • Forever. Funny.... It's every game on every server now. EA doesn't enforce
