REQUIRES ADDITIONAL EXPANSION PACK - online fixes no luck

    I just login after 2 weeks, now it is fixed! Strange, something must have happened between then and now.

Hey @ice_chariot 

Try this steps

1 - Open Origin,

2 - Go to Games tab in Origin,

3 - Right mouse click on BF4,

4 - Pick Check for update if this fails to start DLC download then Pick View Game Details,

5 - Scroll down and you will see each DLC,

6 - Right mouse click each one and pick download.

@INicexixI there's no "check for updates" when you right click on any game in your game library in origin.
