Ridiculous aim/sensitivity

Hi so ever since i first got the game i have had this problem with my aiming and sensitivity! Its so jerky and ridiculous i have a case opened and was speaking to someone who suggested i upload a video to YouTube and also upload UOTrace files and was told my case has been escalated and is going to be viewed by tech team.... So i just finished uploading two files and then opened support chat just to confirm they received them. I then asked if the technical guys will be watching my vids to which i got a response "Honestly I have no information if we can look at the videos you have posted. Have you already post this matter on the forums as well" which is basically saying no right? Wth is the point of the employee watching it but not the actual guys who are going to be "Fixing" the problem??!!

Thanks!! Im not a hater since i stopped playing blackops3 but seriously i may have to go back lol my favourite games ever are mw2 and bf2 seriously please give us remastered and life is sorted not even gna lie
