Rising Issue of Fake "DICE Official" Servers in Battlefield 1
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the growing trend of private servers falsely claiming to be official DICE servers in Battlefield 1. These servers deceive players by labeling themselves as "DICE Official," which undermines the integrity of the game and the trust players have in the official server system.
For example, I recently encountered a server named "[DICE] Official – All Maps – EU – #12478194" (screenshot attached) that presented itself as an official DICE server. However, during gameplay, I experienced an unjust kick—something that should never occur on a genuine official server.
Such behavior is unacceptable, and it’s alarming to see private operators exploiting the "DICE Official" branding to attract players while failing to adhere to the standards we expect from official servers. This practice not only confuses the player base but also diminishes the quality and fairness of gameplay.
As a loyal player who chooses official servers to avoid the issues common in private servers, I find this situation incredibly frustrating and detrimental to the overall experience. Please take immediate steps to protect the integrity of Battlefield 1 and restore player confidence in the server system.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing a resolution soon.
