Rubber banding

I'm experiencing frequent rubber banding, to the point where I can't play the game anymore. I'm constantly getting stuck in loops where I'm moving back and forth, unable to shoot the enemy, where my firemodes don't switch... it's absolutely ridiculous. This game is broken. I paid the extra money for the premium membership to access expansions early and this is what I get. A beta version. I'm not your beta tester, I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER. I've unparked my CPU cores (i5-3570k @ 4.3GHz) and I've tried running it in x86 mode. Doesn't matter whether it's x86 or x64, the game doesn't work properly. The worst part is the game worked fine before China Rising. Yeah, it crashed a few times, but nothing so persistently annoying and crippling as this rubber banding issue.

    This isn't an issue with my internet connection. I can play any other game I own online just fine. I have the best internet provider in my area. I still can't play my game. I go into a server, lag hard, rubber band, and can't make any kind of progress. I just sit there in that spot, stuck. This is completely unacceptable. None of this happened before China Rising. This is the expansion's fault. It's every single server every single time. I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME.
