I've heard of this issue occurring for a lot of Ryzen Users.
Have you tried Clearing the Origin Cache?
I've heard this works for some people.
Follow the steps here:

Also, try manually uninstalling/reinstalling Origin:

- 7 years agoWell someone tried reinstalling whole BF1 and origin as i heard. And yes i did cleared cache multiple times. Thanks.

can confirm that clearing cache didnt do anything, something in this patch critically damaged something for ryzen users

i managed to force another windows update(Big one, guess it was april) and that fixed it for me, no crash since

Now this is interesting. All the provided dxdiag's use the last Windows build: 16299 and not the new 17134. Can anyone confirm upgrading to build 17134 Windows 10 April 2018 Update stops the crashing?
