Save game gone after crash (PS4)

Turned on PS4 today and installed a new update and all my BF4 campaign is gone.  I have to start from scratch.  What happened?

not sore something whit the battlelog save you can check whit Origin/EA support they might be able to get it all back to you to contact them do this

Anyone know why it refuses to let me join conquest and other game modes. it seems all i can play is team and squad deathmatch. For the other modes i always get "failed to connect" or "lost connection to server". Also, even though i wasnt that far in the campaign, after trying to continue from my last saved progress i found that it would not let me. I could only start a new campaign. I know it saved because i went into it after i quit to make sure i could continue, but the next day after starting up my ps4 i could only start over. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!! I am started to get irritated.
