Scope and weapon attachments not working properly.

Question

The IRNV scope on the MG4 doesn't always come up correct when you spawn. Sometimes you have to swap to the next gun and then swap back to the mg4 for the scope to work correctly.
A similar thing also happens with the range finder. I have to swap to my next weapon and then swap back to my sniper scope for the range finder to show me distance etc. This happens on PC.
