I recommend running a malware scan and changing any shared passwords, then reach out to support. They can revert your security question and help to add some extra security to your account.

Hmm, thats noit good. im at a new pc so about mallware i should be fine but ill run one just to be sure. ill follow up on your instruction and get back to you.
Community AdminOh there may not be any malware, but it's definitiely something worth checking for. Best to check unnecessarily than not check and miss something.
