security question

i forgot my security question. i want to be change my nickname. but... how can i change my security question?

You will not be able to change your security question if you forgot the answer. For security reasons, you have to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for further assistance: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4

They can help you to reset your security question, but will need some of your private details in the process.

For this type of account problem you will need to contact a Game Advisor at EA Customer support: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Once you are on the webpage click the orange button on the right to create a case. Follow the instructions and at the end when you choose the method of contact I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time.
