Thanks for the help but i solved the problem, i paid attention that when i goes to start the BF1 the app One Drive starts to transfer some datas of the game, so i tested to turn it off and my ping problem is solved.

Restart your connection
Cold booting your router and device will completely reset your internet connection, which often helps with connection problems.
1.Power off your router completely for 60 seconds, then switch it back on.
2.Restart your device.
If you're on a console, cold boot it by powering it down completely and disconnecting it from the mains. Wait 2 minutes and then plug it back in and restart.
3.After restart, try connecting to your game.
Check your wired or wireless connection
If you're playing on a wireless connection, try connecting your device directly to your router and seeing if your connection improves.
If your connection is far better when you're wired, we recommend you stay connected that way.
If it's not practical for you to use a wired connection, or if you cannot connect to your router with a cable, you may need to look in to changing your wireless channel to reduce wireless interference from other networks nearby.

I tried it now, it didn´t solved but there is something different becouse the ping stoped going to 1000+ now it stays at 600~700 but it still unplayable, the normal use to be 23. I dont understand what is happening with this game i play BF4 everyday with no single problem.

I am really sorry about these connection troubles. So @INicexixI advice was partly successful? Can you also disconnect any other wireless devices, connected with your router? Have you tried to load your system, using Clean Boot?

really a clean boot to play this game . the game and servers are the issue seems ea put out a game thats not fit to play as the formate its running
You have a problem with leaving after hot dropping and instantly dying too, you smooth brained ape
