I work at a small ISP company and our users have the same problem with BF 1 multiplay and it doesn't matter which platform (PC,PS or xbox), it would be interesting to see UOTrace from users that experience Server Disconnected and from users who has no problems..
Please select one of the below to describe your problem:
1. server disconnected happens every time I play multiplayer (playtime can vary from a few seconds to 30-40 minutes.
2. server disconnected happens intermittent sometimes I can play hole match sometimes not.
3 . server disconnect doesn't happen to me I can play without distruptions.
Download ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/ez/support_files/uotrace.exe and run tracroute to easo.ea.com and paste the response.
I just want to make sure it isnt a problem with the Ddos protection EA is using and if blackhhole.prolexic.com (akamai) is more usual in the uotrace result from users who have problems with server disconnected then they who dont.
Let me start with my uotrace result

I started having random disconnect issues yesterday, December 8, 2016. I first noticed it while I was playing 64-Player Operations mode. I would play roughly 20 to 30 mins, and then I would get the "whirling icon", screen would go to black for a split-second, and I would be returned to the main Operations selection screen. There was no on-screen message or warning displayed.
I then tried playing Conquest and I would be fine for a few hours, and then the same thing would happen: "whirling icon", black screen, return to server browser. Only difference was that at least twice I got a server disconnection message on my screen.
Important Facts:
1. My ping is always Zero. Yes, honest to goodness ZERO. People in game constantly either suggest that I either work for EA/DICE, Hack, or am the server itself. =P I believe that most of the East Coast EA/DICE Servers may be only located about 20-30 miles from my home. My internet is 200Mbps. From my modem, straight through a Cat-6 cable, right into my Gigabit Ethernet card. My usual results through speedtest.net (using a server in Connecticut) is about 230Mbps down/12Mbps up. My ISP is quite generous with the overhead, I must say.
2. Prior to December 8th, I've never had these disconnection issues at all. Never at all.
3. It is now 4:15am on December 9th and I was having a great match of Conquest and just got disconnected with no message or warning.
4. I tried using the user H_X_Nilsson's suggestion (from the previous post in this exact thread) of using UOTrace to print the traceroute to EA's "easo.ea.com" server to no avail. My firewall is not blocking it, and it can't even get a server list. I don't feel like doing a tracert through Windows and posting it unless instructed by EA Tech support.
