While in the middle of the game, the server dumped. I didn't receive any of the award or kill credit from that game in progress. Three hours later it shows up in the history with no kills and docks me -8 skill points - how can this be fixed to reflect my score or at least remove the historical error.
server used was :

on March 6 2015 around 2000 central standard time

Your rank can only be reset not edited, try to use better servers in future.
