Checked today the mentioned problematic server example:
[DICE] Official - Kaiserschlacht - EU - #24519404
No issue observed, the multiplayer progress is available this time.
Or the problem randomly moves between servers or it's resolved. Will check again next weekend and close this topic if no more observed.
On the PC platform there are private servers where the admin gives a servers name that looks like an official Dice server.
For example, on these private servers the admin can kick out you if there is no free slots for vip players.
