Server list keeps Disappearing

I play Battlefield 4 on the Xbox 360 and the past few weeks each time I go to browse servers, the list is empty. My main browse is empty, the 'history' list is empty and my favorites list is also empty. Even if I quit a game and go right back to the servers list they all disappear. Usually if I wait 3-5 minutes the servers will come up in browse and history, but I have to find and re-add all the servers to my favorites list. This does not seem like one of those simple xbox issue or a 'clear your cache' issue. And it doesn't matter what parameters I put in for a server search, all the lists remain blank. I have excellent internet, and I've been playing this game for 3 years, I know the difference between the simple stuff, and an actual problematic issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @Frmr1371US_ecrj,

ah that's too bad to hear! =(

But let's try the following to get you back into the game.

A wired connection is required for this.

    1. Take your platform offline and disconnect it from it's power source.
    2. Restart your router.
    3. After the restart, restart your platform.
    4. Try to connect to a game again.
    5. If this didn't solve your problem, write down these ports to forward them:

    • How to open ports depending on your router:
    • Static IP addresses for stable connections:
    • Google DNS:
    • If it still doesn't work, try the basic trouble shooting and afterwards the advanced version for your platform.

  • Port forwarding is not the answer. I did that like 2 years ago. I have 60Mps download, 4Mps upload and like 30 ping. I am only person using my internet so when I'm on xbox, that's all that's being used, and it's cable directly to router. I doubt this is an internet problem since that has remained constant.
