This is our server, players who are joining are also now complaining that they are seeing the server as full in server list, but when they join they only find 20 persons on server. Can some1 from EA please acknowledge this bug, just so we know you are aware of it? We like to have a server, but we feel we are not getting the service we are paying for here...

sorry for the late reply. It doesn't seem to be a general issue, in this case I would recommend contacting an EA Advisor to restart the individual server, this should help. Please make sure that the player who's actually renting the server contacts the Advisor - hope that can be sorted quickly - cheers!

Thank you for the reply. When we were experiencing the issue we could see more servers were affected as well. However, we have not seen the issue again since we reported this bug. I will keep my eye out, and thank you for the link to EA Advisor.
Happening again right now. Trying EA Advisor support now, but not too happy about the 1 hour wait time there. Will see if I can get it sorted out. Since I have seen this bug on other servers as well, I am sure this is not limited just to our server. At the same time, it seems that when the server empties out totatlly, it will correct itself after some hours/days.
Not sure if related, but when searching a bit, seems like more have issues, even if it is with BF4, guess it could be similar code base handling the server browser in the back end.
