Settings won't save
Hi I have a problem with my game since in reinstalled it, when I launch the game I have to change my settings (mouse sensitivity, audio, key binds, graphics, etc...) but when I leave the game to join...
That is probably why your settings default each time, there is no save file for them.
I would go and set both Origin and Battlelog to "Run As Admin", this should allow it permissions needed to create and edit the folder / files. If you need steps on how to do this, let me know.
