First of all, I cut the video out as, while borderline, it still had an implication of other, named player (As you could see his name in the killcam) doing something unfairly (and this kind of uploading is not allowed).

However, I still gave this video a good look and checked things out. Here is what I found out:

So, well, there was a possibility of that sniper having a line of fire. I have joined a Hammerhead server to check it. First of all, the wall behind you probably was destroyed. While at the very moment when you died the line of fire looked like this (keep in mind that it still was there, albeit narrow), from sniper's point of view it almost certainly was closer to what I show on picture #2 (as your enemy sees you in a slightly different spot due to latency)

See? The line of fire is getting wider. You're already visible quite well from the right side of that hole in the wall, and you could also be targeted from more angles, depending on how many trees are destroyed.

Now, let's see it from sniper's point of view. Judging by the killcam, he was somewhere on this hill (exact location is tough to pinpoint). I have selected two spots, marked with red numbers:

Now, let's see how it looks through 20x sniper scope, prone.

    Location 1:

    Location 2:

Flare on first screenie marks the spot where you most likely were from sniper's standpoint when you got killed. He could actually see you even if you moved a bit to the right (to the location from first photo of my reply). Unfortunately the flare died out by then, but it's pretty clear that, considering latency he still had a line to shoot you, even though it would've been a more challenging shot than the first one. Considering your movements, in both cases sniper would've had time to spot you and line the shot up.

All in all, from my point of view you almost certainly have been shot without wall or container blocking the line of fire from sniper's perspective... take it as you will. However, if you think that there was some foul play involved, then what you should do is to report that player via Battlelog - go to his profile, click on a small triangle in top right part of his profile page, select "Report possible cheat" and describe the incident (this includes sending the clip). That's the only way to do it.
