Shouldn't I receive a Battlefield 4 Alpha pass?

Been a battlefield vet since the beginning, but didn't buy into all the BF3 DLC malarky, just B2K. Why haven't I an alpha pass, yet people I know who have only heard of BF in the past 2 years get in?...

    We've reached out to many of our players and fans to participate in this Alpha and, unfortunately, are unable to allow any further player-access and no more invites will be distributed.

    If you're itching to get into Battlefield 4 as soon as possible, find out how to get in on the upcoming Battlefield 4 Beta, and head to Battlelog for further updates.
