Siege of Shanghai and Dawnbreaker

Since I bought Battlefield 4, I've not once been able to play Dawnbreaker without it crashing on loadup, and I've managed to play maybe 2 out of an attempted 20+ games on Siege of Shanghai.

I know I'm not the only person who's had a problem with these maps, and all I see is EA staff linking people to "solutions" which are mostly doing nothing, and I'm fed up with it. It's all excuses and run arounds.

YOU decided to release this game, EA. You could of waited a month, got all the bugs fixed, but no, you had to release it before Call of Duty to make the sales.

So my question is, when are you gonna get your act together and actually make this game a FULLY PLAYABLE game, rather than the poor excuse of a beta test it seems to be now? I paid £35 for this experience, to recieve a slightly pretty, far more buggy Battlefield 3. It's not on. The fact you feel you can mug your customers off like this is an utter insult.

I hope this company runs itself into the ground if they can't get their act together and actually release FULL, PLAYABLE GAMES.
