Hey @RakkCortal,
In a lot of cases where I've seen this happen it's because something is blocking the game from saving your settings. There might be something preventing it from modifying the files it uses to store your in-game settings.
Have you double-checked your security software to make sure there's an exception for Origin and the games you have installed?
I didn't change anything except that I downloaded the new version of Origin and the EA App. That's all I did, my firewall,malware, etc protection allows all BF related .exe.

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching BF1? If there's anything else running that could be causing this that may help to get around it.
