Slim Jim Code Redemption

I have four unused credits, and I'm unable to select "PC" as my platform. It's grayed out. Any answers as to why?

    You can only receive the battlepack for each tier (gold, silver, bronze) one time for each platform, that is why you cannot purchase it again.

    I have already redeemed my codes but it will not let me select PC I have 29 credtis but it wont let me spend them
