Slim Jim Gold Battlepack MIA

I've purchased 3 Slim Jims, entered the codes within at slimjim.com/battlefield4, and redeemed myself a gold battlepack. I entered the code that slimjim gave me into my Origin client and redeemed the code for a gold battlepack. Then, nothing happened. I tried to reenter the code, but it says that I already entered that code. When I go to my battlelog, it doesn't show that I have a nice, shiny gold battlepack waiting to be opened. I even tried logging into a multiplayer server and accessing my battlepacks, but to no avail. Anyone know what I've done wrong?

    First off did you select which platform you're on? If its xbox then it give you another code to enter on xbl

    Well if you waited that much and it is still not showing up then 

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

    This happened to me on my ps4 and I was very iratated, I found that exiting out of the game and them going to the download and truing to open it made my gold battle pack appear. I thimk this happens when trying to dowmload multiple vodes at once

    I went to this link and spoke with a "live" agent. He kept telling me to contact Slim Jim Support. Which I did, and they told me to contact EA/Origin.

    Live support was of no help.

    Still haven't received any Battlepacks in-game after entering the codes into SLim Jim, then entering those codes from them into Battlelog.
