so are nvidia users just getting screwed on this game?

550 ti...amd fx6100...10gb ram...game won't run without dropping into the 20s.  unplayable by all means.

but if i go and get a better nvidia card and change nothing else...is it going to work?  it seems like reading other people specs in the sticky thread that are having problems that the answer is no.
