Heyo, I have notifications turned off so i'm sorry if it feels like you're yelling into the void.
I can try to ping someone who works for EA about updating the exchange but I'm not even sure if custom rotations can be made; would definitely be nice though. Afaik the human who used to be in charge of it has moved to a new company so an ai script is currently creating new exchanges from a list of pools at random.
I'm, like, 87.3% sure I got the Golden Receiver and Cleveland skins from battlepacks before but it's been so long I need to do some research. Hutier was part of some exclusive events or pre-order bonuses iirc.
@TTZ_Dipsy Not a chance. I'm 100% sure , this skins that i mentioned they are not in battlepacks! Trust me i been watching and waiting from 2018, almost 4 years. Jaquab Ajmal said that till the end of 2020 all the available skins will be on rotation on scrap exchange. We told him, showed him, writed telling about all this missing skins , nothing happened. This skins where rewards on the road to B5 in 2018, but manny players missed them , and since then ,never been on scrap exchange.
@ElliotLH Onestly i'm more interested on the golden skins :the skin for the model 10 shotgun The Cleveland, for the mp18 Der Weimaraner, lewis gun The Golden Retriever, M1897 shotgun The Washington.
- @warrior20018 I don't know how likely it'll be that they'd add any Road to Battlefield or Community Mission skins. They may remain unavailable indefinitely.

The point is they just have to put the model 10 A shotgun skins in the weekley scrap exchange for example , and there all the available skins will be present. Or the lewis gun , mp 18 or m1987 shotgun. The problem is that the Skins are Repeating , for example the skin for m1917 enfield rifle is for the 4 or 5 time in the scrap exchange in a relatively short peroid of time , a year and soo. I haven't seen any shotgun, smg or lmg skins in the exchange in a very long period. Im glad that you are taking interest in this problem. Trust me i know the details, i been watching the scrap exchange since 2018 every week. I dont know who's responsible for the scrap exchange, i would like that he reads this.
