Soldier portrait not working
Hi I have unlocked many portraits via battlebacks, but in battlelog it shows that i didn't unlocked them. Any help?

I tried everything, I tried different browser (chrome and opera) and installed new version of flash, but no luck..
here is a screenshot for the problem, I'm currently at lvl 97 and I'm premium member and all portrait should be unlocked!
So..I assume there is no sloution for my problem? Great.
