South China Sea Campaign Bug (immovable crewmember)

I am on Ps3 and I tried jumping like crazy and everything else I could think of and it didn't work I am still stuck ( YES I tried restarting - checkpoint - mission - game - Ps3 )

I deleted BF4 install (not the save data) Disabled Internet - Re-installed the game (so no patch to mess things up) and then I played the mission again and no problem those 2 idiots get killed by the chopper so they are not longer in the way
After I finished the hole mission (china sea something) I quit the game - Enabled the Internet again and then re-started the game - it installed the new update and I played on 🙂

So clearly this is the update BUG that needs fixing

    Instead of restarting everything, just kill the guys yourself, aim near them then just move over them while firing and it should kill them and you can continue

      I've tried this, but I can only kill one of the crew members. Are EA going to release a fix...

        This worked. As long as you kill the crew member standing up first.

      We can't kill them. I did but when I press L1+R1 my character doesn't shoot

        You have to start shooting before you aim at him so you can kill him. Try this a few times. Also, 3 grenades can kill him, just throw it somewhere in the room and he will eventually die.

    I'm gonna try that. I hope it will work cause I'm so pissed off. I successively play battlefield from bad company 2 to 4 I can't get stuck like that I wanna play hardline before another release of battlefield.
