I'm going through on Hard difficulty and after I've driven my boat up the ramp, killed all the soldiers. Then head for the command bridge. At the point were one's attacked by a helicopter and has to get a Stinger. There's a crew member that will not move no matter if I go back a checkpoint, or restart the entire mission. I can eventually shoot the helo out of the sky, but the game will not proceed any further. I've already repaired the game. No change.

Instead of restarting everything, just kill the guys yourself, aim near them then just move over them while firing and it should kill them and you can continue

I deleted BF4 install (not the save data) Disabled Internet - Re-installed the game (so no patch to mess things up) and then I played the mission again and no problem those 2 idiots get killed by the chopper so they are not longer in the way After I finished the hole mission (china sea something) I quit the game - Enabled the Internet again and then re-started the game - it installed the new update and I played on 🙂 So clearly this is the update BUG that needs fixing

@4634910017797834 thanks for your report. Have you tried to start the missing from the scratch or even to delete and re-install the game in Origin? CheersBasti

I'm not sure I understand "from the scratch", but no I haven't deleted then reinstalled. With that being said, I did get past that point by spamming the "jump" button to get the "jump over" animation going and I did get past that point. Once I brought the chopper down, the NPCs in my group moved forward to their next scripted position. I know the problem is with the latest patch because I've played all the way through before on normal difficulty.

Same problem here(ps3).did what you said and no way.crew member still there.when helicopter shoots him he doesn't die.Any other solution? Any schedule to fix this bug.Thanks a lot

Just throw a grenade at them, the grenade will kill them.

I threw a couple grenades at his feet and he died... worth a shot. The game progressed from there afterwards.

same problem on PS4. kill the guy standing blocking the stairway with grenades. Once he's dead you can jump over his body. took all three grenades to finally kill him

I also have the same issue. I have been so pissed off. I was supposed to finish the game last weekend but because of that I haven't done yet. Has EA fixed it? I truly wanna finish it.

I'm gonna try that. I hope it will work cause I'm so pissed off. I successively play battlefield from bad company 2 to 4 I can't get stuck like that I wanna play hardline before another release of battlefield.

We can't kill them. I did but when I press L1+R1 my character doesn't shoot

You have to start shooting before you aim at him so you can kill him. Try this a few times. Also, 3 grenades can kill him, just throw it somewhere in the room and he will eventually die.
