Spawning without repair tool as tanker & game crashing when spawning as tank dvr

Summarize your bug Hello, my tanker kit has had 2 anti-tank grenades and no repair tool for the past six months. And now whenever I try to spawn as a tank or destroyer driver, the game crashes on me. I'm guessing they are somehow related, either way I need my tanker kit reset to the default. I've already uninstalled and re-installed the game a few times to no avail.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to replicate but others have had the same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Previously I cannot repair the tank but i have two AT grenades, now the game crashes when I try to spawn as a tank driver.
