Spinning Glitch (Can't Play!)

My camera view keeps spinning and I can't figure out why. See the video.
I was playing the game completely normally, but when I came back the next day it was glitched like this.

I've tried unplugging my mouse AND keyboard and plugging them in different USB ports. It still spins like this even when the mouse and keyboard are unplugged! I've also reset all my game control settings.
I also tried right clicking on origin and fixing the game, but nothing happened.

Please help me!!! Thanks.

  • Hi @chcjgr and welcome to Answers HQ. Do you have a gamepad/joystick or any other USB devices connected while playing?

  • Hello @chcjgr

Exactly as @Carbonic wrote, I also think what you're experiencing is because of a connected Gamepad, Joystick or a USB device that is interfering with the game. This usually causes this kind of problem.

If you don't have any such devices connected however, you could try doing a Clean Boot, just as a test to see if it makes any difference: https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

thanks so much guys! I can't believe i missed that lol. I had a gamecube controller adapter plugged in the back.

wait- i unplugged it and it still does it. It stopped when I plugged back in the adapter and connected the gamecube remote. I'm not sure how my gamecube can control it but I'll try to fix it

  • I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Battlefield 4, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
