Still Have not received m1911 skin from the ea play event

I know that I completed the challenge to unlock it and I waited till june 12th and tree days later I still don't have it. What can I do to get the skin that I earned? Thanks 🙂

    Sorry for these troubles, we know some players still miss their rewards from the Mission.

    An other player was in contact with the Support, who told him "the Skin won't be there until JUNE 23rd!"
    Sounds like it should be fixed at this day then. (Hopefully)

    This skin should have been rolled out - in case you're missing it, feel free to contact an EA Advisor as mentioned by @safer-lp.
