Stuck on BF1 soldier tab

For the past 12 hours or so I have been stuck on Battlefield 1 Soldier tab while trying to customize soldier. Have tried turning off and on, logging in and out but each Time I log in and pull game up it brings me back to the same exact screen. Only things I can do is customize soldier and use the trigger buttons and main xbox hub button once on this screen. On the main xbox Hub all controller functions work fine.
