Stuck playing defense on rush, PS3

While playing rush, on my PS3, I am constantly auto balanced to the defending team, while staying in the same server it is not uncommon to be forced to be the defending team 10 or more times in a row. The only time I can play as the attacker is to get lucky when joining a server this is very frustrating at some point I would enjoy being able to play the other half of my game type of choice.
