stuttering and rubber banding on battlefield 4 after latest pc update

Seems like I may have fixed it. I checked my video card drivers (i have a nvidia gtx 760 btw) and noticed that on Nvidia Geforce experience in preferences, under game streaming it was set to stream data - i'm sure I didn't turn this on, so I turned it off. Bit early to say whether it works 100% (still seems a bit stuttery when i tested it, and it was early morning) but I will test it again tonight at peak times to see.

Hello I tried what the video said and put down graphics on some things and it is better but doesn't fix the problem.
