Re: Weekly weapons Scrap Exchange updates

Dear EA Community Managers,

First of all, thank you for keeping the Battlefield 1 servers up and running. It remains a foundational title with a very active and passionate player base, and new players continue to join us every day. However, the community is currently facing a frustrating issue: the in-game weapon skin Exchange has not been updated for nearly a year. Because the rotating system is fully functional, many new players are missing the opportunity to acquire the weapon skins they want. Meanwhile, thousands of long-time players have accumulated currency with nothing to spend it on. It is truly disheartening for the community to see the same items appearing in the Exchange week after week. We understand that Battlefield 1 has reached the end of its live-service lifecycle, but a simple manual refresh of the Exchange would mean a great deal to us. Could you please pass this feedback along to the team and see if someone can hit the "refresh" button for the Exchange?
