Support...."Monday to Sunday, 9am-9pm"

• For anything account related, go to help.ea.com and click the "Accounts" tile. Here you can perform a variety of account management tasks.

Were you able to reach our support time by now? As we are a public and community driven board, we are not able to help you out with account related issues. This is for the safety of your private information.
