Tank Glitch

I will be playing in a tank and I will come across another tank, and of course shoot it. And i will see the shell hit the enemy tank but it wont register. This is a recent glitch, i've started noticing it sometime after the Final Stand DLC. I will be about 5 to 10 ft. away from the tank, so i can see if it hits. I am not sure what the cause of this is, isnt only happening to me, because an enemy tank can shoot me and it wont register as a hit (i wont take any damage). Its really annoying, because it's not a fair fight, it normally only does this to one shell, but I have shot a tank multiple times and it wont register, so i have to abandon my tank, or get killed trying to kill the other tank. Rockets dont do this, helcopters dont do this, jets dont do this, and c4 dont do this. They register every time I hit a tank or any vehicle. I hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks.
