Tank reloading?
occasionally my tank cant reload, and it takes about 8-10 seconds. how often does this happen? every 10 shots or so? and i wasnt damaged so it wasnt a power failure

It is an intended feature, your 1st five shells are normal (how much it can carry) then for every shell after that, it will take a while to load just one shell.
