these players have been team killing constantly and harassing players on both sides
everyday and it’s at the point that nobody wants to play anymore.
The community have made many reports of their behaviour and still nothing get done about it
when will we see dice and ea man up and act upon the rules that they themselves have set.

Team killing on hardcore server is regulated by the admins that own the server. EA has nothing to do with the rules on a privately owned server. Also, its against the rules to "name and shame" players on the EA forums. You should remove the listed names.

is bannable
Well if they get named others can then ban them on other servers.
