Technical issues recording obvious hacker in spectator mode with fraps

I'm noticing problems recording suspected hackers with fraps in spectator mode as this SS shows this guy in the server before went 66/6 which was 75% higher than any other player in "Operation Locker...

    First name and shame is not aloud and against the rules dont do this again second who is hacking as I see no one hacking ?  And what is wrong whit your FRAPS I suggest you try a different recording program still name and shame + no one is hacking

Just making a reply for myself as I solved the recording overlay problem with fraps and spectator mode, when you record in this mode and as you are switching through players if you are not set to the same "colorblind mode" as the player your spectating you will get some color resolution conflitcs, also in fraps be sure and check the feature to split the raw output video file into 4GB sections because the larger the video file the worst this problem will effect your video quality.
