Teleportation upon tank blowing up

I think positioning when someone's on a moving vehicle can be a little tricky, so you see bugs like this, but hopefully such videos/cases help with getting such instances patched out. 

For now I'd choose to interpret it as getting blown clear of the explosion, movie-style.
