The 4th field manual in the O Tutti Accoppati mission can't be collected

Summarize your bug The 4th field manual in the O Tutti Accoppati campaign mission is uncollectible due to dying outside of the combat area while in the process of collecting it, therefore making it impossible to complete the trophy/achieve 100% completion of the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rather than entering the bunker at the back of the map where the 4th field manual is located, enter the Austrian Horn complex next to it. This changes the boundaries outside the complex. You can enter the bunker by running around the back of the complex and collect the field maual before the out of boundaries counter reaches 0, however as you collect the manual you die as a result of leaving the combat area, causing the game to glitch.
What happens when the bug occurs? As you die collecting the 4th field manual, the game does not reward you with the trophy for collecting all field manuals and does not register that you have collected it. No matter how many times you restart the mission, you cannot interact with the box, meaning you can't collect the field manual. I have reinstalled the game and it did not make a difference.
