the app timed out

My specs are not an issue and this is a upgraded gaming computer, I have played this game many times before, it has been about a year since i last played though.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game

watched a yt video on making ea run as administrator

cleared caches

uninstalled ea and reinstalled.

I tried uninstalling ea and just running the game but it forces me to install ea again

my internet is not an issue as i am hardwired

I have no idea how to resolve this issue and it is driving me nuts I just want to play the game ☹️ this is occuring for both bf1 and bf5
